Vanilla Ice Cream (Egg-Free)

Ingredients

• 2 cups (480 ml) half-and-half
• 2 cups (480 ml) whipping cream
• 1 cup (240 ml) white sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in an ice cream machine.
2. Run the machine according to the manufacturer's directions.
3. Transfer ice cream to a container, and freeze for a few hours until solid.
