  3. Pour the dressing over the tomato mixture in the mixing bowl and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt, if needed. You can also add more lemon juice or honey/sugar according to your preference.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Before serving, garnish with freshly chopped cilantro or parsley.
