Strawberry Cream Pie

A tasty pie that doesn’t require baking.

Ingredients

• 1 pint (570 ml) cream
• ¼ cup (60 ml) white granulated sugar
• 1 ea. ready-made pie crust, blind-baked
• 2 pounds (900 g) fresh strawberries, cleaned and sliced

Instructions

1. Combine sugar and cream in large mixing bowl, and whip until soft and fluffy.
2. Spread whipped cream in pie crust.
3. Spread strawberries over whipped cream.
4. Cover and chill overnight.
