A spice rub is a mixture of salt, herbs, and spices. It can be as simple as a large amount of pepper, like in Steak au Poivre, or as complex as 100 spices. - 1 cup paprika
- ¼ cup salt
- ¼ cup black pepper
- ½ cup chipotle powder
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup dehydrated lemon peel
- ¼ cup dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in an airtight container.
- Stored in a cool, dark place this will last for a long time.
