Southwestern Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 chipotle chiles in adobo, finely minced
- 2 tbsp adobo sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- ¼ tsp freshly-ground cumin
Instructions
- In your dipping bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
- Serve with tortilla chips or other snacks.
