- 1 big doorstop of granary bread
- Butter
- Pickle (e.g. Branston pickle, or a good chunky local pickle)
- Lettuce leaves
- ½ apple (optional)
- Pickled onions (optional)
- Cocktail pork pie (optional)
- Sausage rolls (optional)
