Kansas City Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 cups ketchup
- ¾ cup molasses
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Cook, stirring often for 15 minutes.
- Cool, and keep refrigerated in a nonreactive container for up to 2 months.
