Chipotle Dip
This is great as a dip to spice up garlic bread, or a spread on burger buns.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 4 chipotle chiles in adobo, stemmed
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp freshly-ground black pepper
- ¼ cup adobo sauce
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
- Pulse everything except chips in a blender until smooth.
- Serve with chips.
